B.6 Kaplan Meier Analysis for Additional Matrices The six clinically feasible protocols discussed in Section 6.4 is given to 10 , 000 simulated patients for each of the three responder matrices provided in Table 3.5 and the three matrices with increased coefficients provided in Table B.1. In addition to the six protocols, the case where there no abiraterone given is also shown.
