The log data showed that it took on average 1 minute and 12 seconds to complete the ESM measurements (SD = 58 seconds; range: 26 seconds to 6 minutes and 2 seconds). During the semi-structured interview, participants did not report the content of the ESM questions as being distressing, nor did they consider the length of the study as being burdensome. Nevertheless, sometimes notifications were experienced as inconvenient because they arrived during work or while the participant was in the company of someone else.
